Classic Pinoy Adobo Pizza Recipe

G for good food! Chef Marx's original gluten-free pinoy pizza recipe is an absolute delight.


1 Kilo Gluten Free Flour

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Salt

1 Tablespoon Yeast

2 Cups of Water

1 Tablespoon Virgin Coconut Oil

1/4 Gluten-free Dough

Pizza Adobo sauce

Mozarella Cheese

Adobo Chicken (fillet)


Chili (optional)

  1. Mix dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt
  2. Mix wet ingredients: yeast, virgin coconut oil, and water
  3. Put mixture in room temperature until oil rises
  4. Sprinkle flour on table and roll the dough to make a round shape
  5. Sprinke flour on top of dough
  6. Roll from the top. It has to be really round.
  7. Transfer dough to a tray and use a fork to prick holes on the dough (so air will come out and there wouldn't be any lumps)
  8. Put the dough to the oven for 6 minutes
  9. Mix adobo sauce and dough
  10. Add mozarella cheese
  11. Top the pizza with adobo chicken, herbs and potatoes (sliced vertically)
  12. Add more cheese
  13. Set oven temperatire to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
